Arena at Harbor Yard will play host to a variety of “must see” events throughout the year. Shows such as Disney on Ice, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, the world famous Harlem Globetrotters and Smucker's Stars on Ice are just a few of the events available.

Organizing a group event at the Arena at Harbor Yard:

  • What is a group event at the Arena at Harbor Yard?
    Depending upon the show, as few as 15 tickets can qualify as a group for discounts on select performances and events. Group sales can also provide personalized service and party planning for non-discounted events.
  • Why participate in the Group Sales program?
    A group party is a great way to motivate staff, entertain clients, get together with family & friends or celebrate a special occasion. When you participate in our group sales program, your group will have the advantage of seating reservations, discounted tickets where available, and personalized service.
  • How do I do it?
    1. Place Reservations: Contact the Group Sales office via email, or call (203) 345-2307 between 9:00am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, choose the event you would like to attend, the performance date and time, the number of tickets, and any special seating request (disabled/special assistance).
    2. Make Payment: You will receive a Group Sales Contract. Please follow the instructions as indicated on the contract. Payment can be made by: check or money order (payable to Arena at Harbor Yard) or Credit Card - MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. Please do not mail cash.

    3. Promote the Event to Your Group: Your Group Sales Manager will be able to provide suggestions and brochures to assist you in promoting your event.
