Arena Policies & Info
Dress Code/Re-entry: Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Patrons are not permitted to re-enter the building during an event once they have left. Simply put… No re-entry.
Costume Guidelines*:
Please comply with the following guidelines when designing your costumes:
- Costumes must conform to reasonable standards of decency
- Your costume should not be so large that you take up more space than your allocated seat or impact the view of others
- Accessories that look like or can be used as weapons are not permitted
- Masks or other full face coverings that impair vision are not permitted
*Failure to comply with these guidelines may prevent entrance to the facility
Smoking/Alcohol: Arena at Harbor Yard is a smoke free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building. Smoking is permitted outside of the building behind section 113. Alcohol may not be brought into the Arena. You may purchase alcoholic beverages at the arena with proper ID. Alcoholic beverages purchased in Arena at Harbor Yard cannot be removed from the building.
Cameras/Video/Audio Equipment: Cameras and Video/Audio equipment are generally NOT permitted in the building in order to comply with artist or event restrictions. Certain events may allow limited use. Patrons are encouraged to check with Arena at Harbor Yard (203) 345-2495 for specific event restrictions prior to arriving for the show since we do not have storage capabilities.
Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited from Arena at Harbor Yard: outside food and beverage (including water bottles), chains, weapons, laser pointers, aerosol cans, illegal substances, animals, beach balls, inflatables, bull horns or noise makers, fireworks, backpacks, signs with sticks and confetti.
Lost and Found Items: Arena at Harbor Yard is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you discover an item to be missing, or find an item that does not belong to you, please contact Guest Services immediately. Guest Services is located behind section 116. You may also contact our Lost and Found Department by phone (203) 345-2495.
First Aid: First aid medical assistance is staffed by an EMT provided through AMR (American Medical Response) for all events. The first aid station is located on the 1st floor of the Arena below sections 107 and 108.
Restrooms: Restrooms are located on the Concourse Level of the arena and are all ADA compliant. There are also 2 "family" restrooms, which are single use and have diaper-changing stations.
ATM Machine: People's Bank ATM service is available on the Concourse Level of the Arena.
Water Fountains: Public water fountains are available on the Concourse Level of the Arena.
Concessions: Traditional concessions fare including hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, pizza, pretzels, popcorn, nachos, ice cream, soda, bottled water and specialty items are featured. Beer, wine and full bar are also available. Section 108 is designated as "Alcohol Free" for all events. Most concession areas are located on the Concourse Level of the Arena and accept major credit cards. Merchandise stands accept major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
